How has God shaped you in this past year?:

oh my! that’s a tough question… Well, God is shaping me into the woman of God that is in his plan, not my plan. It’s a hard mold to fit and I’m not there yet. i still got to cut some things out and do more of other stuff in order to be complete. i may be 76 before i am complete but i will strive on.

Most embarrassing moment:

first day of college i thought i saw one of my friends from high school. I got out of my car, sprinted over to her, tackle hugged her to the point of loosing balance, kissing her on the cheek, and then realized… that wasn’t my friend.

Any Final Words?:

“it’s easy to suggest a quick solution, when you don’t know much about the problem or you don’t understand the underlying cause or just how deep the wound is. the first step towards a real cure is to know exactly what the disease is to begin with, but that’s not what people want to hear.” – grey’s anatomy

“keep your chin up even when it’s tear stained.” – michele mcafee (one of my mentors.)
