WOW…where do i even start?
i can’t even begin to tell you all how proud i am of you. the car wash on saturday was a COMPLETE SUCCESS!! b/c of your awesomeness and wonderful hearts to serve our community we ended up washing over 200 cars!! we also managed to get over 1/2 our group to turn a toasty red…especially Matt;)
it was exciting to hear lots of cars coming through confused about the “no charge” policy. so many people had trouble just accepting the free gift of a car wash. but most those people were so impressed that a bunch of “kids” would give up a saturday to serve their community. i’m proud of you guys…i can’t say it enough!
please remember to call the people who sponsored you and ask them to make a check out to “long hill chapel” and put your name and car wash in the memo section so it goes right to you. if they just write car wash, it goes to the general.
thanks again everyone…you showed our community a piece of the heart of Jesus by serving them.
